該脈沖式袋濾除塵機組采用旋風除塵器作為預處理裝置，先將含塵氣體中5微米以上的大顆粒粉塵從氣流中分離出來，以防止大顆粒粉塵對二級除塵設備中布袋的沖刷，從而延長布袋使用壽命。經初級凈化的氣體進入袋除塵器主體，含塵氣體經布袋過濾，過濾后的潔凈氣體經凈氣室排出。該除塵機組采用微電腦自動控制脈沖定時噴吹清灰方式清灰，清灰效果好，不產生二次揚塵，不損壞濾袋。
