C'est Chouette's Policies
All pillows are handcrafted. The needlepoints are vintage and therefore “used”. The silks, fabrics and trimmings are new. The stuffing is new 100% polyester down-like cluster fill. The needlepoints have been hand laundered and are as clean as possible. I cannot guarantee they are allergy free.Vintage items are rarely perfect, that is what gives them their charm and time-worn, previously loved elegance.

happy to arrange for international shipping. We ship USPS Priority. It seems that one to three pillows shipped nearly anywhere international costs approximately $48-52 ~ please feel free to pay for your purchase through our PayPal shopping cart and we will bill for the balance of shipping. Payment for the extra shipping
will be required via PayPal before the package is shipped.
South Dakota residents will charged 4.00% state sales tax. All SD municipal taxes are included in the price of the pillows.

never in
my business model to do "specials". If C'est Chouette Home
has a needlepoint of yours in hand~ it will be returned to you shortly.
If a
needlepoint from my stock is being held in hopes of finding fabrics and
trim~
that needlepoint will be put back into stock and will be listed on my
website
if/when supplies that best compliment the needlepoint are found. C'est
Chouette Home will no longer accept shipments of needlepoint from
customers.
